Misty came to visit!

Hello again! My friend Misty from Penn Valley, CA flew up to Missoula on Sunday the Dec 2nd, and I picked her up and we spent a few days together. She just left today.... We didn't do much, since she needed some serious downtime, but we did do a little shopping on Monday. Tuesday we didn't even hardly get out of bed, we just sat around and watched movies all day. I can't believe how fast the time went by, I was looking forward to her coming up for quite some time and now it's all over and she's already back home... What a trip.. The sad part is that we didn't even take any pictures while she was here, she did take one picture of me with her cell phone while I was driving back down to the airport, but it came out so bad I can't even post it here.. HA! Oh well, the weather is supposed to be good for a couple of days, so I'll probably do something outside and take down the old chicken coop... that thing is an eyesore and needs to dissapear!!! New Hair Cut

Hello again, I got my hair cut last night and I really like it!!!! it's a bit shorter than I usually have it, but I like how much easier it is for me to get ready to go do something. I can dry it in something like 2 minutes now! Just a touch of Gel, and out the door I go! Plus, it's short enough that if I have to wear a winter hat, it doesn't get messed up and looks cute all day. Whaddya think??

More snow!!!

Hello again, it snowed most of the day yesterday and all night, so we have even more snow now... It's so beautiful, but DEEP! I am really getting into this winter snow thing, I knew I'd like it, but I didn't know I'd like it this much. The snow is so cheery and bright compared to dreary rain all the time in Penn Valley. I take my dog for walks every day and he has his booties so he can go on longer walks now than before. I can't ride my horse though, too much ice on the roads and she slips and slides so I'm going to give her some time off to adjust to the weather and new area.

We're also going to be getting more snow tonight.. This is so exciting to me since I haven't ever lived in a place that got snow like this. My neighbor said to me that she is going to let me borrow a snow mobile so I can try that maybe this weekend. More to come later!!

Here is a picture of my Log Home here in Montana, it is the COZIEST place and I just love it here!!! My friend Misty is flying up on December 2nd and staying for 3 days so we're going to either watch lots of movies, or go for walks in the snow... Whatever she feels like doing, we'll do!
